Off to Africa

Well we're off to Africa! We have accepted a call to take care of the health and welfare of missionaries for The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 18 months. We will be covering 20 countries. This is a new adventure for us. We will be leaving Tues. evening with a 6 hour layover in London and then on down to Johanesburg South Africa, arriving Thurs. morning.

What an awesome experience awaits you two. You are both great examples to your children, grandchildren and even those of us who aren't even related.

How exciting. I don't know if you remember me, but I'm Sheila's sister. I worked @ Desert Sam., Mesa Luthern , County Hospital, & Valley Luthern. Anyway, I am very excited to follow your experiences. Keep on blogging. You're doing what I would like to eventually do. (serve a medical mission). May God bless you, and those you serve. S. B. RN

What a great adventure for the two of you. So sorry that we missed your going away party. There were absolutely no substitutes in the district, couldn't leave work. Thanks for thinking of us.
Safari on. Terri

as we are planning our next scrapbook girls get togather your really missed. We do have the girls joining us as even Heather can come now! The walking group "hot flash Possee" as Rick calls us isn't the same without you. We are finally past the wear black only mourning stage, well actually it's just too hot to walk in, but you are really missed and we've decided we can't even come close to finding someone to take your place.
