Heather and Shauna's Big Adventure

Our daughter Heather and our niece Shauna arrived in South Africa for a big adventure.

Our first stop was to Madikwe for a Photo Safari with a famous wild life photographer Colin Mead. We stayed at a bush camp, in tents, with no electricity, and the animals were free to wander though.

ENDANGERED WILD DOGS
HYENAS
ZEBRAS
KING OF THE JUNGLE

NEXT STOP VICTORIA FALLS AND CHOBE
ROUGHING IT IN AFRICA
HEATHER WENT MICRO LIGHTING OVER THE FALL AND JET BOATING ON THE ZAMBEZI RIVER

SHAUNA AND RALPH WENT WHITE WATER RAFTING AND SHAUNA BUGIE JUMPED!
HIPPOS
GIRAFFES
MORE ELEPHANTS
CHEETAHS
BUT THE MOST FUN WAS GETTING TO PLAY WITH LION CUBS

Bacon-Wrapped Garlic Chicken

I'm always looking for easy meal that doesn't take a lot of time or I can make in the morning--leave it all day and have ready when I get home!

Tried this one here in Africa ( with a little modification) I put it together before church and it was done when we got home!

Hope you like it too!

Bacon-Wrapped Garlic Chicken

4 bacon slices

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 10oz can roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup

1/2 c. sour cream

1/4 c. flour

Wrap one slice bacon around each chicken breast. Place in slow cooker. Combine soup, sour cream, flour and mix together. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours(or high 3-4.) Serve over rice for an easy fabulous meal!
